What is the Underline Text Generator?
This underline text generator attaches a combining low line or double low line to each supported visible character. The result remains text when copied. Choose the single line for a restrained accent or the double line for a stronger visual distinction. Spaces, line breaks, and emoji sequences are preserved.
Underlining that survives copying
A word processorโs underline button changes formatting. This tool changes the character sequence itself, which is useful in plain-text fields that retain combining marks. The receiving app chooses the font, so the line can have gaps, sit at a different height, or be filtered. Preview the pasted result instead of assuming it matches the browser.
Choose the right method

Why are there gaps under spaces?
